The Sky event is an Event, similar to the Devil Square.
1.In order to join this event you need (1 Sky event ticket):

***The best is to get a +5.
They drop in Kanturu and others maps.
2.The NPC you have to talk to (Governor Blossom : Lorencia 135.140):

Sky Event 1: 180 ~ 220 Level
Sky Event 2: 221 ~ 280 Level
SKy Event 3: 281 ~ 349 Level
Sky Event 4: 350 ~ 400 Level
Sky Event 5: Master Lv
The event has 3 different stages. Per stage it gets harder.
