Help! About the "100000 FREE CREDITS"

I saw the description of DevilMU on the Mu Online top 100, and the banner says that you have 100000 free credits. Is this true?

Because it is advertisement and thus an easy way to draw in new players... A lot of other servers do much the same.

I can agree on that DeVil, they seem to have a lot more rewarding system then quite a few private servers out there.
